By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our sarees, dresses, ethnic wear, jewelry, and other products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and device displays.
Because many of our products feature handcrafted, embroidered, woven, printed, or traditionally produced materials, minor variations in color, pattern, embroidery, weave, or finish may occur. Such natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, photographs, prices, and other details before purchasing.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
Orders are considered confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order information along with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping charges, eligibility for promotional or flat-rate shipping, and available local pickup options are displayed or communicated according to our current Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Exquisite Designs by S is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect estimated delivery dates.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be offered to eligible customers in our designated Dallas-area service range. Pickup availability and instructions will be provided when applicable.
Orders designated for pickup must be collected according to the instructions provided by Exquisite Designs by S.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers, coupon codes, sale prices, free-shipping offers, and other discounts may have specific eligibility requirements and expiration dates.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
